Will I know what I'll receive in my Lu'Lu' Bag
Lu’Lu’ Bag is a surprise gift to yourself from yourself! You can get an idea from perusing through our gallery, but the biggest attraction of the Monthly Accessory Bag is the element of surprise.
Can I choose the Bag or the items?
If you particularly like any of the items in our pictures we will gladly send these in your Lu'Lu' Bag, provided the items are still in stock.
How do I pay?
We use PayPal, however if you do not have a PayPal account you can still order and pay with card. Just send us an email or fill in the contact us form with which style you would like to order and an invoice will be sent to your email address.
When are the Lu’Lu’ Bags dispatched?
We send the Bags on the 1st and the 16th of each month.
What is the cancellation policy for the Subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription up to one week before the payment has gone through for that month. There is no charge for cancelling. To cancel email us at email@example.com .
What happens if the items in my Lu’Lu’ Bag arrive damaged?
In the very unlikely event of this happening, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of the delivery, with a picture and description of the damage. A refund or a replacement will then be arranged.
Can I get an exchange or a refund?
Lu’Lu’ Bags are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If there are any concerns please email us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
What if I don’t like my Lu’Lu’ Bag?
In the unlikely event that this should happen, we hope that you email us with your feedback and suggestions. In the meantime the Lu’Lu’ Bag makes an excellent gift and we hope that you can pass it on to a friend.
Do you deliver outside of UK?
For international orders choose one of the International delivery options. The delivery fee is already included in the price.
